Epoxy Floor Coatings.

Floors That Take the Punishment.

Epoxy Floor Coatings

A floor is only as good as the system on top of it.

Think Industrial Services lays hard-wearing epoxy and resin floor systems across commercial and industrial sites. We coat warehouses, factories, food and pharma plants, plant rooms and car parks. We match the system to how each floor gets used, then prepare and lay it to last.

We work to the real demands on your floor: forklift loads, abrasion, chemicals, hygiene and slip risk. We blast or grind the slab, repair it, prime it and lay the system to spec. You get one accountable team, full documentation and a floor that performs for years.

What We Offer

We lay protective, decorative and anti-slip floor systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Epoxy Floor Coatings

We apply heavy-duty epoxy floor coatings and self-smoothing screeds to concrete slabs in warehouses, factories and plant rooms. Each system takes the load, traffic and wear of the space. You get a seamless, hard-wearing surface that cleans easily and lasts.

Polyurethane & PU Screeds

Where floors face thermal shock, hot wash-downs or harsh chemicals, we move to polyurethane systems. PU screeds suit food, beverage and process areas that take steam cleaning and temperature swings. We build and finish them to the conditions on site.

Anti-Slip Floor Finishes

Wet, oily or busy floors need grip. We grade anti-slip finishes to the risk in each area, from light texture underfoot to heavy aggregate in wash-down zones. The floor meets the slip rating it needs and still cleans easily.

Anti-Static (ESD) Floors

Electronics, cleanroom and process areas can’t risk static discharge. We install anti-static and ESD floor systems that earth safely and meet the spec. The finish stays clean, controlled and easy to maintain.

Surface Preparation

Preparation makes or breaks a resin floor. We diamond grind or shot blast the slab to strip laitance, old coatings and contamination. We test for moisture, repair cracks and spalling, then prime. A sound, clean substrate is what makes the system bond and last.

Decorative & Line Marking

A floor system does more than protect. We lay decorative finishes and clear line marking for walkways, traffic routes, bays and hazard zones. The result looks sharp, organises the space and lifts safety on the floor.

Overcoat & Repair

Floors chip, wear and lose grip over time. We carry out targeted repairs, recoats and full overlays to bring a tired floor back without ripping it out. We use compatible systems and proper preparation so the new layer bonds to the old.

Floors for Corrosive & Wash-Down Areas

Some floors take a battering from chemicals, salts and constant water. We lay chemical-resistant epoxy and polyurethane systems for wash-down bays, plant rooms and process areas. Coving and falls to drainage keep the area sealed, hygienic and easy to clean.

F.A.Q’s

It depends on the system and the temperature. Light foot traffic is often fine within 24 hours. Full chemical and mechanical cure usually takes around seven days. We plan the work around your operations and phase it, so you don’t lose the whole floor at once.

Heavy-duty epoxy screeds and high-build coatings carry forklift and racking loads well. For sharp thermal shock or harsh chemicals, we move to a polyurethane system. We specify to the real loads on your floor, not a one-size product.

Usually, yes. We assess the slab first, repair cracks and spalling, then treat any moisture or contamination. A sound, prepared substrate is what matters. We’ll tell you straight if a floor needs more than a coating.

Yes. We grade anti-slip finishes to the risk in each area, from light texture to heavy aggregate. For electronics, cleanroom and process areas we install anti-static (ESD) systems that meet the spec.
