Isolated panel damage, failing sealants or loose fixings can often be addressed through targeted repair, whereas widespread corrosion, thermal performance failure or non-compliant panel materials may make full replacement the more cost-effective long-term solution. We carry out detailed inspection and condition surveys to give you an honest, evidence-based assessment of your facade before any works are recommended.

Yes. Working to occupied and live industrial and commercial sites is something we do routinely. We plan our works carefully to maintain weathertightness at all times, manage safe segregation between our operatives and building occupants, and coordinate with site management to ensure our programme causes as little disruption as possible to day-to-day operations.

Overcladding involves installing a new cladding system directly over the existing facade, avoiding the cost and disruption of a full strip-out. It can be a highly cost-effective solution where the existing structure is sound and the primary objective is to restore weathertightness, improve thermal performance or refresh the appearance of the building. However, it is not always the right answer — particularly where the existing system contains materials that need to be removed or where structural issues need to be addressed. We will always advise you honestly on which approach best suits your building and budget.
