Yes. We understand the pre-qualification requirements that operators place on their supply chain and we work to ensure we’re approved and ready before a programme begins. Arriving pre-qualified with the right accreditations, documentation and safety management processes in place is a baseline expectation in this sector, we treat it as one.

All works on live plant are planned and sequenced to avoid interrupting process or creating additional hazard. We operate within PTW regimes, including hot work, confined space adjacent and ATEX zone requirements and manage simultaneous operations as part of our standard site methodology, not as an exception.

Yes. Shutdown window pressure is one of the defining challenges in this sector and we plan mobilisation, execution and demobilisation to the fixed duration from the outset. Scaffolding, coatings and permanent access are coordinated as a single package, which removes the sequencing risk that comes with managing multiple subcontractors against the same deadline.

Full ITP documentation as standard, DFT records, adhesion test results, hold point sign-offs and a complete handover pack. Coating inspection records are non-negotiable on oil, gas and petrochemical assets and our documentation process is built around operator requirements, not assembled retrospectively at handover.
