Pre-construction, ideally. Bringing us in at tender stage means we can price the full scope together, flag any sequencing or facade complexity early, and build a programme that works for your handover date rather than retrofitting one later.

We provide full documentation as standard, ITPs, inspection records and handover packs. Principal contractors carry the CDM duty and we make sure we’re not the subcontractor creating gaps in their paperwork. All backed by our in-house mobile management software GetKonnected.
