Cut edges and laps corrode first on a profiled metal roof. We strip the rust, treat the steel and seal the edges with a proven coating system. Caught early, it stops the corrosion spreading across the sheet and saves the roof.

Liquid Waterproofing

We apply liquid waterproofing to seams, details, gutters and whole roofs. The system cures into a seamless, flexible membrane that moves with the building. It seals the roof without a strip-out and without hot works.

Protective Recoating

A tired roof coating loses colour, grip and weather protection over time. We clean the roof, treat any failures and recoat it to restore the finish. The roof looks sharp again and the protection clock resets.

Gutter Cleaning, Repair & Lining

Blocked or split gutters cause leaks that look like roof failure. We clear, repair and line gutters to keep water moving and the building dry. Lining seals a corroded gutter without the cost of a full replacement.

Good work starts with an honest survey. We inspect the roof, photograph the defects and report on its condition and options. You get a clear picture of what the roof needs and what it doesn’t.

Coating is usually far cheaper and far less disruptive. A good system adds years of life for a fraction of a strip and replace. The building stays open while we work. We only point you to replacement when the roof is genuinely past saving.

It’s the rust that starts on the exposed cut edges and laps of a metal roof. Left alone, it creeps under the coating and across the sheet. We strip the corrosion, treat the steel and seal the edge with a coating system built for the job.

It depends on the system, the roof and the exposure. A quality coating typically protects for 10 to 20 years, with the option to recoat rather than replace at the end. We specify to the life you need from the roof.

Often, yes, where the sheets are sound. Encapsulating and overcoating in place extends the roof’s life and avoids the cost and disruption of removal. We work to the right controls and tell you straight if removal is the safer route.
