Industrial Scaffolding Services.

Temporary Access. Permanent Standards.

Scaffolding Services

Think Industrial Services delivers scaffolding solutions that are built around your programme, not the other way around.

From straightforward tube and fitting structures to complex birdcage and systems scaffolding on live construction sites, we bring the planning, compliance and trade management to make your project flow.

We work with main contractors and specialist subcontractors on commercial construction, industrial and infrastructure projects across the UK, providing temporary access structures that are TG20-compliant, properly managed and removed on your schedule.

What We Offer

We design, erect and manage scaffolding solutions for commercial and industrial projects of all scales, delivering safe and reliable access that keeps your programme moving.

Scaffolding for commercial and industrial projects

We erect tube and fitting and systems scaffolding across a wide range of commercial and industrial structures, from straightforward façade access to complex multi-level configurations. Our experienced scaffolders work to a high standard on every project, ensuring structures are built correctly, safely and in line with the design intent from the ground up.

Birdcage & Suspended Scaffold

Where overhead access is needed for internal fit-out, maintenance or external works at height, we design and erect birdcage and suspended scaffold structures to suit the specific demands of the task. Our teams work carefully within occupied and live environments, minimising disruption while providing a safe and stable working platform throughout.

Temporary Roofing & Weather Protection Structures

When work needs to continue regardless of the weather, our temporary roofing and weather protection structures keep your project on programme. We design and install fully enclosed scaffold-supported roof systems that protect both operatives and building fabric, allowing trades to work safely and productively in all conditions.

Scaffold Design & TG20 Compliance Documentation

Every scaffold we erect is backed by the appropriate design and compliance documentation. We produce TG20-compliant designs for standard configurations and commission bespoke structural designs for complex or non-standard structures, ensuring every installation is properly documented, signed off and ready for handover before work at height begins.

Phased Scaffold Programmes

Aligned to Construction Sequences On larger projects, scaffold requirements change as the programme progresses. We work closely with main contractors and project managers to plan and deliver phased scaffold programmes that align with your construction sequence, ensuring access is always in place when and where it’s needed without holding up other trades on site.

Scaffold Inspection & Regular Checks

All scaffold structures we erect are formally inspected and handed over with the appropriate certification before use. We carry out regular statutory inspections throughout the life of the scaffold, providing written inspection records at every stage to keep your site compliant and give duty holders the documentation they need to demonstrate due diligence.

Rapid Mobilisation

When access is needed urgently, we respond. Our teams are available for rapid mobilisation on reactive and emergency requirements, getting safe scaffold access in place quickly to allow repairs, inspections or remedial works to proceed without unnecessary delay. We understand that in reactive situations, speed and reliability are everything.

F.A.Q’s

The right scaffolding solution depends on the nature of the work, the structure being accessed and the constraints of the site. Tube and fitting scaffolding offers maximum flexibility for complex or irregular structures, while systems scaffolding is well suited to repetitive configurations and faster erection on straightforward projects. Birdcage and suspended systems are used where overhead access is required. We assess every project individually and recommend the most appropriate solution, taking into account programme requirements, loading needs and site conditions.

For planned projects we work to your programme, coordinating closely with your site team to ensure scaffold is erected and handed over at the right time. For reactive and emergency requirements we can mobilise rapidly, often within 24 to 48 hours depending on the scale and complexity of what’s needed. Contact us directly to discuss your timescales and we’ll give you a straight answer on what’s achievable.

Before any scaffold is used, we provide a formal handover certificate confirming the structure has been inspected and is safe for use. This is followed by regular statutory inspection records throughout the life of the scaffold, typically every seven days or following any event that may have affected the structure’s integrity, such as adverse weather. All documentation is provided in a clear format that satisfies your site safety requirements and supports your due diligence obligations.

Yes, working within live construction environments is something we do routinely. Our site supervisors coordinate directly with main contractors and project managers to plan scaffold erection, adaptation and striking around the wider programme, ensuring our work doesn’t create conflicts or delays for other trades on site. We’re used to tight sequencing and understand the importance of communication and flexibility on busy construction projects.
